The picture on the left shows my Grandmother Mary (nee Lynch). She is holding baby Margaret, who was always referred to as Cissie, and my Father Thomas who is standing. This was before my Uncle William (Bill and/or Willie (( POW of the Japanese WW2)) had been born).

My grandfather (Peter) is the middle prisoner on the photograph on the right. This was taken whilst he was being held by the Germans in the first world war. I never had the pleasure of meeting either of my Paternal  or Maternal Grandparents.    HOME or FAMILY
